Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to your information when you order Prostazen — what we ask for, why, and how to have it removed if you'd rather we didn't keep it.
The Short Version
- We collect what's needed to process and ship your order — nothing more.
- We never sell your information to third parties.
- You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold at any time.
- We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working smoothly — see the Cookie Policy for details.
What Lands in Our System When You Order
Checkout only asks for the basics:
- Your name — so the package is addressed correctly.
- A shipping address — where the bottle actually goes.
- An email or phone number — only used if something about the delivery needs flagging.
Just browsing without ordering anything? Our server logs the same routine technical details any website picks up automatically, such as browser type and a rough region — nothing that identifies you personally.
Why We Collect It
Every field in the order form exists to get a bottle of Prostazen to the correct address and to sort out a shipping question if one comes up. We don't repurpose it for anything beyond fulfilling and supporting that order.
How Long We Keep It
Order records stick around only as long as a shipping or billing question could reasonably still come up, then they're cleared from our active systems.
How It's Protected
Order information travels over standard encrypted connections and is visible only to the small team that packs orders and answers support email — nobody else has access.
Your Rights
If something on file looks wrong, or you'd rather we not keep it, a short email is all it takes — we handle these one at a time and confirm back once it's taken care of.
